The London Eye Mystery is a truly fantastic book. Ted, the main character is wonderful and I love that he has something wrong with him, it really helps keep the story flowing. The settee is great, the wonderful streets of London. Ted has to solve a disappearance when his cousin goes missing on the London Eye. With the help from his sister Kat, they try so hard to solve it. I love the story and the book is fast-paced and intriguing. I love mystery and this was the perfect book for me. I DEFINITELY recommend this book to any mystery-loving child or adult and I rate it 5/5. The description is good and the cover also really draws the reader in, as does the beginning of the book.
Siobhan Dowd was a wonderful children’s author. She was going to write a sequel to The London Eye Mystery called the Guggenheim Mystery, but very sadly died of cancer before she got the chance. The Siobhan Dowd Trust have now asked Robin Stevens (author of the murder most unladylike series) to write it. All Robin can base the story on is the title, and the first book.
